솔레노이드 벨브(=약물 차단기)
롤포장기 내부에 위치에 있으며 내용물을 롤 파우치에 내용물인 액체를 공급하고 차단하는 역활을 하는 소형 롤포장기 전용 솔레노이드 밸브입니다.
사용중 내용물이 차단이 되지 않고 줄줄 계속 나온다면 고장인 경우입니다.
롤포장기의 뒷문을 열고 선을 잘 표시하여 일대일로 교체하시면 됩니다.
기계가 정지 상태에서 약물이 줄줄 샐 때는 지금 보시고 있는 화면의 왼쪽 상단 MORE VIEWS의 세번째 그림을 클릭하시고 그림의 순서에 따라 솔레노이드 벨브를 청소해 주시기 바랍니다. (또는 위의 Video 참조.)
보통 빨간색 실리콘 바킹에 이물질(포도씨나 철쑤세미조각등)이 끼어 있는데 이 이물질을 제거 합니다. 이물질이 없는데 약물이 새는 경우는 바킹을 밀어 주고 있는 스프링을 조금 늘려 주신후 조립해 보시기 바랍니다. 그래도 약물이 새는 경우에는 스케일이 많이 끼어서 솔레노이드 벨브의 수명이 다 된 것이므로 교체하셔야 됩니다.
중요! = 청소 후 약물 포장전에 꼭 물로 확인을 해 봐야 합니다..조립이 잘못된 경우에는 청소 후보다 약물이 더 많이 샐 수가 있기 때문입니다.
그림의 순서에 따른 솔레노이드 벨브 청소법에 대한 한글 설명입니다.
1. 이 부분이 솔리노이드입니다.
2. 솔레노이드를모터펌프에서 분리 시킨다.
3. 네모난 부분(자석)을 붙여 주는2개의 나사를 빼낸다.
4. 네모난 부분을 분리시킨다.
5. 하얀 삼각형판에 있는3개의 나사를빼낸다
6. 하얀 삼각형의 판을 분리 시킨다.
7. 빨간색 실리콘을 분리 시킨다.
8. 구멍 안에 낀 이물질을 제거한다.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.

We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Transit times are only estimates and not guaranteed especially during the holiday season and for orders that offered free shipping.
