Motor Pump for Auto Packing Machine,  3LBS

There are 2 versions of the packing machine:  110V and 220V

1.  220V

Inside there is a transformer installed in the shape of 7" x 4" green rectangular box on the wall.

All the parts in this machines are for 220V.

The transformer makes this machine compatible for use in the U.S. 

where the conventionally used voltage is 110V.

2.  110V

Already manufactured for use in the U.S.

There is no transformer installed.

All the parts in this machines are for 110V.

How to connect wires

1. For 110V

Connect upper 2 wires (red and yellow) together,

and lower 2 wires (black and blue) together.

All 4 wires are used.

2. For 220V

Diagonally connect 2 wires (red and blue) and use that pair only.

Tie the other 2 wires (yellow and black) together and do not use that pair.

당사에서 오래전에 판매했던 진보실업 포장기 또는 동부포장기(모델명: 감초)는 110V형과 220V형 2가지입니다.

1.  220V. 포장기는 포장기의 뒷문을 열었을 때, 오른쪽 바같쪽 코너에 녹색(옥색)의 직사각형(7" x 4") 모양의 변압기가 장착되어 미국(110V.)에서 사용하는데 문제가 없도록 한 제품으로 포장기 안에 부착된 모든 부속은 220V.전용입니다. 이 경우 순환펌프를 220 V용으로 연결하여 교체하셔야 합니다. 

2. 아예 처음부터 미국 현지 전압(110V.)에 맞추어 제작한 제품으로 변압기가 부착되어 있지 않으며 포장기 안에 부착된 모든 부속은 110V.전용입니다. 이 경우 순환펌프를 110볼트용으로 연결하여 교체하셔야 합니다. 참고로 당사에서 판매한 모든 테크노 포장기는 110볼트로만 제작되었습니다.

1. 110V로 선 연결하는 법:  선 4개 중 위의 빨간색 선과 노란색 선을 연결하고, 밑의 검정색 선과 파란색 선을 연결하여 네 선을 모두 사용.

2. 220V.로 선 연결하는 법: 대각선으로 위의 빨간색 선과 밑의 파란색 선을 각각 기계에서 나오는 선들과 연결해 두 선만 사용하고 노량색 선과 밑의 검정색 선은 묶어서 사용하지 않으면 됨.

이 모터 펌프(순환 펌프)는 총 4선이며 110 V 또는 220 V 겸용으로 제작된 부속이오니 펌프를 교체전에 먼저 왼쪽 상단의 작은 사진들과 같이 110 V. 또는 220 V.로 연결하여 사용하셔야 합니다.

이 순환펌프는 약물을 롤 파우치에 정량 공급하는 기능을 담당합니다.
사용 중 약물이 롤 파우치에 담겨야 할 양보다 적게 담기는 경우, 펌프 밑에 달린 동그란 아이보리색 부분이 제대로 회전하는지 확인하시기 바랍니다.
만약 아이보리색 부분이 '윙' 하고 세게 회전하지 않거나 천천히 회전하면 순환펌프의 수명이 다한 것이므로 교체하시기 바랍니다.

선을 잘 표시하여 일대일로 교체하시면 됩니다. 

- 증상: 약물이 아예 안 나오거나 찔끔거리며 나온다. 또는 반만 담긴다.

- 원인: 순환모터 이상이거나 순환모터 이후부터 주입구까지의 라인이 막혀서 안 나오는 현상이다.

- 처방: 청소버튼을 눌러도 모터 도는 소리가 안나면 순환펌프의 이상이므로 순환펌프를 교체해야 하고  모터가 도는 소리는 나는데 약물이 안 나오면 주입구까지의 라인이 막힌 것이므로 주입구까지의 라인을 청소하여야 한다. 

This pump is responsible for delivering a precise amount of Herbal Liquid into the roll pouch.
If the amount of Herbal Liquid dispensed into the pouch is less than expected during use, please check if the round ivory-colored part at the bottom of the pump is spinning properly.
If the ivory part does not spin forcefully with a "wing" sound or spins slowly, it indicates that the pump has reached the end of its lifespan and should be replaced.

- Symptoms: The liquid either doesn't come out at all, comes out in small amounts, or is only half-filled.

- Cause: The motor pump is broken (lifetime of the motor pump is over) OR the line that connects the motor pump to the nozzle (nozzle/faucet that dispenses the liquid) is clogged.

- Solution: After pressing the cleaning button, you should hear the sound of the motor pump turning. If you do not hear the sound of the motor pump turning, then the motor pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.
