이 순환펌프는 약물을 롤 파우치에 정량 공급하는 기능을 담당합니다.
사용 중 약물이 롤 파우치에 담겨야 할 양보다 적게 담기는 경우, 펌프 밑에 달린 동그란 아이보리색 부분이 제대로 회전하는지 확인하시기 바랍니다.
만약 아이보리색 부분이 '윙' 하고 세게 회전하지 않거나 천천히 회전하면 순환펌프의 수명이 다 한 것이므로 교체하시기 바랍니다.
선을 잘 표시하여 일대일로 교체하시면 됩니다.
- 증상: 약물이 아예 안 나오거나 찔끔거리며 나온다. 또는 반만 담긴다.
- 원인: 순환모터 이상이거나 순환모터 이후부터 주입구까지의 라인이 막혀서 안 나오는 현상이다.
- 처방: 청소버튼을 눌러도 모터 도는 소리가 안나면 순환펌프의 이상이므로 순환펌프를 교체해야 하고 모터가 도는 소리는 나는데 약물이 안 나오면 주입구까지의 라인이 막힌 것이므로 주입구까지의 라인을 청소하여야 한다.
This pump is responsible for delivering a precise amount of Herbal Liquid into the roll pouch.
If the amount of Herbal Liquid dispensed into the pouch is less than expected during use, please check if the round ivory-colored part at the bottom of the pump is spinning properly.
If the ivory part does not spin forcefully with a "wing" sound or spins slowly, it indicates that the pump has reached the end of its lifespan and should be replaced.
- Symptoms: The liquid either doesn't come out at all, comes out in small amounts, or is only half-filled.
- Cause: The motor pump is broken (lifetime of the motor pump is over) OR the line that connects the motor pump to the nozzle (nozzle/faucet that dispenses the liquid) is clogged.
- Solution: After pressing the cleaning button, you should hear the sound of the motor pump turning. If you do not hear the sound of the motor pump turning, then the motor pump is faulty and needs to be replaced. Reviews

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
