순환펌프에 이상이 없음에도 약물이 주입구에서 제대로 나오지 않으면, 주입구까지의 라인이 막힌 것이므로 주입구까지의 라인을 청소해야 합니다.
이 노즐을 제대로 청소하지 않으면 약물이 잘 안 나오게 됩니다. 노즐을 포장기로부터 분리할때는 동영상과 같이 몽키스페너로 볼트 나사를 잘 풀어서 청소 후 재조립하시면 됩니다. 재조립시 다른 부품에 손상이 가지 않도록 주의하세요.
그리고 포장기에서 수도꼭지(노즐)를 뽑아낸 후 떼어낸 자리에 위치한 포장기의 구멍도 위의 사진에 있는 긴 브러쉬로 청소해 주세요.
If there is no issue with the pump, but the Herbal liquid is not dispensing in the correct amount from the Herbal Dispenser (Nozzle), it means that the line through which the Herbal liquid passes is clogged, so all pipes/lines through which the Herbal liquid passes should be cleaned.
If this nozzle is not cleaned properly, the herbal liquid will not come out well. When removing the nozzle from the packing machine, loosen the bolt screws with a monkey spanner well as in the video, clean and reassemble. Be careful not to damage other parts when reassembling.
Also, after removing the faucet (nozzle) from the packing machine, clean the hole in the packing machine where it was removed with the long brush in the picture above.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
