-Made of high quality select moxa, this product makes the characteristics of moxa in practical use possible, so that anyone can confidently use it with ease.
-You can use up to 5 moxa at once depending on your desired heat intensity. However, we strongly recommend to use up to 3 moxa stick as the heat may become very heat intensity that can cause burning when using 5 holed moxa plate.
-Moxa smoke descends and shields the treatment area, producing excellent relaxation and sterilization effects.
-This product can be safely used at home as well as clinic, and it does not touch the skin directly, thus preventing burns or leaving scars.
-Must use a pipe moxa holder when using.
-Pipe moxa holders are sold separately.

How to use Pipe Moxa:
Preparation
Please check the package and the product for any anomaly.
Prepare a torch lighter, forceps, and water in a container.
Prepare a pipe moxa holder.
How to use
Locate the appropriate points for treating the symptom.
Securely put the pipe moxa into the hole of the pipe moxa holder.
Light the top part of the pipe moxa with a torch lighter and place the apparatus on the point to be treated.
Let the moxa burn until the heat becomes too intense or there is only 5mm left above the pipe moxa holder.
Grab the pipe moxa holder with the moxa still in it and dip it into the water upside down to extinguish the fire.
Put the moxa in a sealed container and store in a dry area.
Caution
The heat is intense. Consult with a qualified practitioner before using.
As burning moxa produces smoke, do not perform treatments in a confined area.
Never treat on the face, genital area, or any other areas that are sensitive to heat.
Please note that improper methods or treating on inappropriate areas may result in burns and blisters.
Those who are sensitive and cannot tolerate heat must stop the treatment immediately.
Please make sure the moxa is completely extinguished before pulling it out from the pipe moxa holder with forceps.
Be cautious of possible burns or fires that may occur while using.
The user is fully responsible for any accidents caused by improper use of the product.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Transit times are only estimates and not guaranteed especially during the holiday season and for orders that offered free shipping.
