Acuzone Smokeless Moxa Sticks with Hole
This 0.6" x 4.2"(1.5cm x 10.7cm) densely packed stick generates
intense heat. Rigid roll contains moxa and herbs. Very slow burning with
a burn rate of approximately 2"(5cm) per hour.
New smokeless moxa rolls with 0.15" dia hollow center are easier to light and burn with less smoke and odor. These 4.4" x 0.6" densely packed moxa rolls generate intense heat. Use a lighter to ignite the roll.

NOTE:
Direct moxa, indirect moxa, and needle moxa should always be administered and used under the direction or supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Do not leave the patient unattended during any moxa use.
Do not use moxa on the face, soft skin, or other sensitive body areas. Do not use moxa on infants or young children. Do not use moxa on patients who are not able to detect the sensations of heat or pain (i.e. elderly, patients with nerve damage, etc).
When using needle moxa, a protective shield (i.e., aluminum foil), must be placed under and around the needle to protect the skin from loose or falling moxa ash.
When using moxa rolls, the burned ash must be frequently removed by gently tapping the side of the roll against a suitable container. For patient safety, do not use moxa rolls or any moxa product if damaged or cracked.
Always ignite stick-on moxa first and then apply to the point. If heat becomes uncomfortable, remove or move moxa to another location. If used incorrectly, redness or a small heat blister may appear after application.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Transit times are only estimates and not guaranteed especially during the holiday season and for orders that offered free shipping.
