Important Compatibility Notice
Use this fuse only with the IR-300 and KS-9800 models. Do not use it with other lamp models. This 250V 3A fuse is not compatible with the KS-9800F TDP Lamp. The KS-9800F uses a 125V 3.15A fuse.
KS-9800 Fuse Replacement Instructions
If the orange indicator light on the KS-9800 does not turn on, the fuses may need to be checked or replaced.
- Unplug the lamp from the electrical outlet.
- Locate the two fuse holders on the back of the control panel.
- Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to open the fuse holders.
- Remove the old fuses and replace them with new 250V 3A fuses.
- Securely close the fuse holders before reconnecting the lamp to power.
IR-300 Fuse Replacement Instructions
The IR-300 has two fuse holders located on the bottom of the control panel.
- Left – FUSE: This is the active fuse connected to the lamp’s electrical circuit.
- Right – SPARE: This holder stores a spare fuse and is not part of the operating circuit.
If the lamp does not turn on and the active fuse on the left has blown:
- Unplug the lamp from the electrical outlet.
- Open the left-side FUSE holder and remove the blown fuse.
- Open the right-side SPARE holder and remove the spare fuse.
- Insert the spare 250V 3A fuse into the left-side FUSE holder.
- Securely close both fuse holders before reconnecting the lamp to power.
Important: The fuse stored in the right-side SPARE holder does not operate the lamp. It is provided only as a storage location for a replacement fuse.
If the replacement fuse blows again, discontinue use of the IR-300 lamp and inspect the unit for another possible cause. Repeated fuse failure may be associated with a worn or heat-damaged bulb socket, a damaged bulb contact, internal wiring, or another control-system issue.
Note: This product includes fuses only. Fuse Holder / Fuse Case is not included.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
