Each cone is coated with clay, which makes the cones easier to light. With seven times more mugwort in each cone than other brands in the market, the Turtle Smokeless Moxa Cones provide more effective heat emission.

Although the moxa cones are odorless and smokeless, some smoke may still be produced during the moxibustion process and ignition.
The large cones typically burn for at least one hour.
