테크노 압력식 대용량(55,000 CC) 추출기는 재고를 갖고 있지 않은 품목으로 특별 주문이 필요합니다.
주문하신 후에는 제작기간(최소 2주) 및 배 선적기간을 포함하여 최소 1~2개월 정도 기다리셔야 하며, 110 Volts 또는 220 Volts로 제작 가능합니다.
급하신 경우엔 추출기만 단독으로 싣어 올 수 있으며, 대신 한국에서 미국까지의 배송료를 특별 부과합니다.
본 제품은 110V 또는 220V 사양으로 제작 가능하나, 미국 내 사용 환경을 고려할 때 220V 사양을 권장드립니다.
본 제품은 소비전력이 2,900W로 높은 편이므로, 110V 사용 시 약 26A 이상의 전류가 필요하게 됩니다. 이는 미국 일반 110V 콘센트(보통 15A~20A)의 허용 용량을 초과할 수 있어 차단기 트립 또는 전선 발열 등의 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있습니다.
반면 220V 사양 사용 시에는 전류 부담이 약 13A 수준으로 낮아져 보다 안정적이고 안전한 운용이 가능합니다. 특히 장시간 가열 및 압력 추출이 필요한 장비 특성상 220V 사용이 훨씬 적합합니다.
다만 220V 사양 제품 사용을 위해서는 미국 현지에서 별도의 220V 전용 전기 라인 및 콘센트(NEMA 규격) 설치가 필요합니다. 일반적으로 상업용 주방, 한의원 및 탕전 시설에서는 220V 전용 회로를 설치하여 사용하고 있습니다.

Shipment and manufacturing takes total of 1~2 month. Buyers might have to wait 1~2 month to receive the item.
*Buyers have the choice to choose between 110 Volts or 220 Volts.
Special shipment delivery available in case of urgency (we can order an independent and separate shipment from Korea). Buyer must pay for that shipment.
Period up to boiling point takes a little longer than regular extractor (24 liters). So there might be high demand of electrical fee if boiled with general US voltage (110 volts). If buyer desire savings on their electrical fee, we recommend installing 220 voltage line to use 220 volts extractor.

Returns Policy
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it, receive a credit on your account or a refund on your credit card. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
You will not receive a credit for the returned product until the merchandise is received at our facility in Los Angeles, California.
When returning a merchandise which was initially offered free shipping, the amount to be refunded will be the price of the returned merchandise less the initial shipping charge.
After 30 days from the date of the purchase, no return will be accepted.
Shipping
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders submitted after 1pm PST will be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery service is NOT available.
Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes will be shipped with USPS only; UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, you can request a backorder and will be shipped and charged to you as soon as the item becomes available.
In the event that the shipped out package is returned to us due to the fact that no receiver was available at the requested delivery destination, the purchaser is responsible for both the outgoing and returning shipping charges. If the package is returned, a refund will be issued LESS the original outbound shipping cost and return shipping cost.
Transit times are only estimates and not guaranteed especially during the holiday season and for orders that offered free shipping.
